{"id":30526,"date":"2022-03-28T09:41:16","date_gmt":"2022-03-28T09:41:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fischer.e-novision.ch\/en\/?post_type=job-opening&#038;p=30526"},"modified":"2022-03-28T09:41:16","modified_gmt":"2022-03-28T09:41:16","slug":"rd-product-designer","status":"publish","type":"job-opening","link":"https:\/\/fischer.e-novision.ch\/fr\/job-opening\/rd-product-designer\/","title":{"rendered":"R&#038;D Product Designer"},"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","departments-jobs-categories":[],"class_list":["post-30526","job-opening","type-job-opening","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":{"description":"At Fischer Connectors, we believe that even a connector company can change the world. <br \/>\r\nTake part in our adventure.\u2003","link":"","email":[],"location":"Saint-Prex","country":"ch","description_text":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">For our R&amp;D Department at Fischer Connectors, we are looking for a Product Designer to define and design new connectivity solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop new products<\/li>\n<li>Participate in product development activities, translating product requirements into technical specifications, driving concept development and idea generation to the design of components and assemblies using 3D\/2D CAD tools in cooperation with product engineers<\/li>\n<li>Participate in DFMEA risk assessment activities and related technical requirements for product qualification<\/li>\n<li>Participate in new product development specifications and group strategy<\/li>\n<li>Provide product design, validation, and verification with respect to design requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment in the product development process (PDP), demonstrate consistent design control practices during development using engineering change management (ECM) along the entire product life cycle (PLC)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure product quality through the use of relevant international standards, engineering tools, and internal Fischer norms<\/li>\n<li>Develop knowledge around technology<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively within multi-functional, multi-location project teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CFC CAD Designer or Technical school in microtechnic, mechanics, electronics or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5years\u2019 professional experience in industrial environment related to new product development with an understanding on multi-technology product design (CREO preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in R&amp;D business processes and tools (PDP, PLM, SAP)<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, coatings, and surface treatments, dimensioning and tolerancing, and tolerance stack-up analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate strong interest to new product development<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and team player, focused on achieving best team outcomes through collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate self-management, time management, strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate strong sense of accountability throughout development phase, initial manufacturing phase, until product release and handover to production<\/li>\n<li>Able to work in the local language and English (B2 level)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","apply_message":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Are you up to the challenge?
