Hands in hands with Sales and Engineering, you oversee all operational topics to deliver on time and within best quality standards. You have responsibility to<\/p>\n<p>(a) define the production strategy,<\/p>\n<p>(b) lead transfer and mass production phases,<\/p>\n<p>(c) report progress internally and to key customers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Represent operations within the design team for everything related to high-volume<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the cost of the products in high-volume : from quotation to series<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and mitigate high-volume production risks with the team : supply, manufacturing, quality<\/li>\n<li>Define the production site(s) and select the suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Lead the ramp-up to mass production, make sure to have all aspects under control : production capacity, tools &amp; equipment, quality of purchased components<\/li>\n<li>Drive a cross-functional team including quality, supply chain (procurement &amp; planning), internal and outsourced production<\/li>\n<li>Lead transfer activities within different Fischer Connectors plants in US and EMEA<\/li>\n<li>Drive subcontractors and contract manufacturers<\/li>\n<li>Resolve production troubleshooting activities during mass production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>THE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU WILL BRING<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree or higher in engineering : microtechnology, mechanics, electrical or electronics<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on project manager, 5+ years in industrial projects<\/li>\n<li>Reporting skills : succinct &amp; precise picture of the projects you are responsible for<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, structured and rigorous : define and follow KPI, document decisions, \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills : animate internal teams, report to management, support customers &amp; sales<\/li>\n<li>Able to work in French and English (minimum C1 level required)<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of an ERP<\/li>\n<li>Ready to travel (US &amp; EMEA), maximum 20%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","apply_message":"<p>Are you up to the challenge?
